Got home from work to play Destiny and find a nice surprise from my girlfriend
So I arrive home from work to play Destiny. Head over to my game room and on my chair I find a folded up note. I pick up the note and it reads:
"Hey Baby
I know today been hard for you and you want to relax by playing so Destiny so I wish you the best and we can meet up tomorrow. Also I baked you some surprise cookies to brighten up your day. They're in the closet".
I open the closet to find a tray of plastic wrapped Guardian shaped sugar cookies. Oh man, my girlfriend is awesome. Game on Desticles with great girlfriends.

2 RepliesGood on you man. My girlfriend fully supports my destiny play time. She loves to watch me play and laughs if I ever get frustrated. She calls it cute. Just the other day I came home to a destiny lanyard that she had found while out and about. She's so awesome :)

10 RepliesThat's weird, my wife left me a surprise yesterday, too! See, she was going to go out with our son and let me have the apartment to myself for the evening to catch up on gaming. When I got home, I made some hot cocoa (with a lil' sum' sum' extra, ya feel me?), got out of my work clothes, turned on the Xbox, and my wife comes in from trying to warm up the car and says "Honey, before you start, I want to do something real quick." She takes off her jacket, slips off her sweater, and.... Throws the car keys in my lap and says "the car's -blam!-ing broken, fix it." I spent the next 6 hours yelling at a tech about why he only needed 20 minutes to replace my battery, not 6 -blam!-ing hours... And then I went in to work at 3 o'clock in the -blam!-ing morning...
