Does anyone know if the headgear engram is class specific to who buys it? as in If I a Titan buy the helmet enegram, it will deliver a Titan class exotic headgear?

Nope. Completely random. I've bought it 3 or 4 times, and it always gives me a -blam!-ing Titan or warlock item. Pisses me off. Good luck.
