Yeah, so what. I'm bored. So... who do you think is the best, the most rule abiding, and the most helpful new member in the forums. (Only vote if you joined before October please. Otherwise, I still consider you a new member, and the participants, and participation is manditory, are not allowed to vote)
I have to go with Tanikaze.

Ah, the wisdom of hindsight.
Posted by: Achilles VI Ah, the wisdom of hindsight.
I learned that lesson after two mangled xbox live communicator sets....
Posted by: Achilles VI Ah, the wisdom of hindsight.
Well, foresight in my case.
Posted by: Tanikaze Well, Foresiggt in my case
Indeed. But I got to see if a dog can fly! (They don't)

Yeah, but if you aim your catapult just right, he'll get caught in a cross-breeze and end up in the Gulf of Mexico!
Posted by: VexedDemon Oh, I wasn't aware how grammar crazy ya'll were here. Ok then, I can do that.
Well, I did write a pretty big thread on it, which got stickied. If you read the stickies, like you were supposed to, you would know that. I just wanted to find something to get mad about.
I wish I knew what the forums were like in mid 2004. Probably like the English Countryside in the early nineteenth century. All civil and quiet.
Hah!

It was better, better meaning quieter, before they added all the new forums. I remember what it was like before they redid the site. Well, I dont really remember the site itself, but I remember the forums. They were nice.
-
I would pick me, but I'm not new *sob*.

What was the site like before it was redone?
Posted by: Achilles VI I wish I knew what the forums were like in mid 2004. Probably like the English Countryside in the early nineteenth century. All civil and quiet. (Despite the bad teeth.) Now, Let me check; there is a thread about how Halo actually exists in real life (unlikely), a thread about Halo 2 being paramilitary propeganda (absurd at best), and one.. just been deleted, I see, about Bungie having 'relations' will barnyard animals (Not even going to bother arguing.) I wish I could honestly say these forums have gone to hell since I joined...for me, it has always been hell. :-(
It was better, but by no means a quraint 19th century hillside. I love bees, mass spam... But, no the forums are fine, as long as you avoid New Mombasa, and to a lesser extent, Zanzibar. The Flood hasn't changed a bit. [Edited on 11/25/2004 3:56:33 PM]

Kidding, kidding. You'd be suprised at how annoying it is when you can't read someone's post because of their awful grammar. Your's was mostly fine, but it's a path that everyone should steer clear of.
You screwed up your apostraphe use there. =) Whoa! I just realized I missed my half-year anniversary at B.net. =(
Posted by: Achilles VI What was the site like before it was redone?
T'was called the Truth and Reconciliation.
Posted by: Achilles VI What was the site like before it was redone?
It was nice and quiet. I should know, I've been here longer than it would seem I've been. P.S. I vote myself best new member! ;p [Edited on 11/25/2004 5:17:11 PM]

I remember, long before any "New Hotness", making a post in a forum, then waiting the next day to check the replies, none of this fancy, super-fast, posting. I still remember my first time in the Underground, it was crazy! I was like the simple farmer taking his first look through a huge city. [Edited on 11/25/2004 5:24:32 PM]

Ah, the good ol' days...

I should be seriously considered.
