Me again on this thread! Well, I have achieved level 20 and still am having a blast! The Cryptarch kinda blows (lol!) but I did get Zombie Apocalypse in a Crucible match that my team freakin' lost!! So, not do bad, right? Anyhoo, I read the threads of comments here and in other forums and am still utterly flabbergasted by the slew of negative responses to this game. It calls to my the Louis C.K. Comedy bit about smart phones wherein he comments on how we have these near-magical devices that give us the world at our fingertips and yet they are wasted on the worst generation of people ever (his analogy, not mine...but still, ya know?) Here is a game with graphics of near perfection where one can shoot some alien scumbag in the face with a handcannon and watch him disintegrate before your very eyes! And yet it's like so many people are coming at Bungie from the perspective of a perpetually underwhelmed critic of that which we are selves cannot do i.e the Comic Guy from the Simpsons. "Worst attempt to live up to Halo's legacy EVER!" Lol! I'm sure they're all nice people, and everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion but seriously? This game is the tits!!! As Louis C.K. said in the aforementioned reference to his comedy bit about smart phones what you are all experiencing are what is known as "white people problems" even if you are not of Caucasian decent. There are places in the world where they can't get clean drinking water but yeah, I guess it's a real kicker that you gotta pay a few bucks more for some DLC in December. Man, now that I think of it Bungie are totally worse than Hitler! What was I thinking saying that I loved this game? Thanks all you "Comic Book Guys" for allowing me to finally process and now fully realize the error of my ways! Destiny -blam!-ing blows! Now, like the rest if you, I have to sign off and go play more Destiny.
