Great list. It's funny, in the first couple of weeks that Destiny was out people were already starting to point many of the flaws and concerns that are still being pointed out today. At that point in time the response was "you haven't put enough time into the game to really comment on it". Now, if we put too much time in we are told we can't really have any valid concerns because we keep playing. The flaws in this game were easy to start seeing right away, seeing as one of those flaws was that there was really only about 8 hours of story in the game. Some people have put a lot if time into the game thinking that the real game must be buried in there somewhere. Sadly that is not the case. So what Bungie is saying basically is that they won't listen to feedback if you have too much or too little time in the game. Much like how they want you to play the game their way, you also have to have what they consider the appropriate amount of time played to provide feedback.

  • Great job pointing out glaring contradictions. If there was ever a need for the old black and white movie, mob of villagers with torches and pitch forks, it is now. Just send them down to Bungie we could get this problem sorted. Hahaha (Don't really go and do this people)

  • I think it's pretty funny (also, a little sad, nothing against you though) that we have to add disclaimers like this
(Don't really go and do this people)
to statements on the internet.

That what it sounds like to me as well. I guess they just want us to buy the game, play it, tell someone (not on here) that it sucks, never play it again (make sure you buy the DLC first though), and then go about our day, as if we didn't just drop a bare minimum of $60 on a disjointed mess.
