Thorn Buff Idea
So most people are begging for the thorn to have better reload speed, (it is god awful slow), and a bigger clip. I disagree. I am fine having a weapon that has a long reload and a small clip if its balanced by other really strong attributes.
Also, buffing clip and reload will make it just like every other hand cannon instead of a quirky interesting exotic weapon
So here's my thoughts:
1. dot should reset on every bullet

I impulsively like the melee suggestion because I get up close and personal a lot. But it's probably not a good idea for most users, so a longer DoT probably is better. What do you think though instead of simply having the DoT's overlap and stack on individual shots? Too much?
