I'm stopping because Bungie held back content deliberately to sell it in DLC. I'm stopping because Bungie lied about expectations before the release and didn't update players. I'm stopping because Bungie believes using the current playerbase as beta testers is acceptable. I'm stopping because I'm sick of dealing with the Noah's ark of connection errors every time I play. I'm stopping because the game is a boring, repetitive grind fest that deliberately slows progression to a crawl to hide the fact it has no content to begin with. I'm stopping because after the last DLC announcement, it's clear that being an Xbox guy we will always get less in Destiny, but still be charged full price. I'm stopping because Bungie makes changes to content on a whim to delay progression and then bullshits it's players saying it was 'intended all along' even though the raid has been there active since week 2 'as is' I'm stopping because I'm sick to death of dealing with a studio that puts it's players behind their publisher's demands. I'm stopping because Bungie has abused their good standing with the community and trust of it's fans to milk them for as much cash as they can get away with, relying on deceit to sell product over just releasing the best game they can and letting the revenue flow through organic fanbase building. I'm stopping because I've been through all this shit before when EA bought out DICE and destroyed their reputation releasing worse and worse games and don't want to go through this again. Adios.
