For all you know, Bungie turned down millions more from Sony to keep the whole game exclusive. I'm sure you're so principled that you would turn down millions of dollars out of loyalty to your customers. Ya right.

Activision would never allow that, they understand they'd make more money on a multi-platform release then they ever would just as an exclusive. Besides, exclusive releases are more about turning gamers to one console over the other; hence why most exclusive games are published by the company that makes the console, not a third party like Activision. Edit: If Bungie was really so 'loyal' to its customer base, they would've favored xbox users seeing how Halo was made on Xbox and it was xbox users that made Bungie huge.
