Hawkmoon.
TLW is a beast, but Hawkmoon is the one hand cannon that lives up to the name "hand cannon".
The thing is swift, elegant death.

I like to joke that the only people who say TLW is better are the ones who don't own Hawkmoon, but I can see why people would choose TLW over it. While TLW can be used at range, it's best for up close, hip firing mayhem.
