"Xur" Secret Halloween Item
For Halloween Xur is selling a secret item.
You need the Jackolyte from the Halloween Package to obtain this item.
Its called the "Flight of the Shadows"
Unfortunately mine is glitched due to the Night Fall orb but i believe it gives you birds flying around your head.
