It's just one strike. It's probably like the current ps exclusive strike that isn't too different.

I heard the ps exclusive dust palace strike has unique enemies and gear rewards. ..

Strikes, ships, weapons, sparrows and emblems. Basically everything in the game PSN is getting more of. I wouldn't mind so much if half of the content Bungie made wasn't directly exclusive.
