The fact that some missed this game's ad campaign,(not sure how seeing as that in retrospect, that seems to be where most of the money was spent) does not absolve them of the crippling shortcomings this game is littered with. Your "ignorance is bliss" view is admirable, but misplaced. If we continue to just shrug our shoulders and let it happen, the industry will continue to be broke down and molested for profit until there is no love, quality, or art remaining in these games. Destiny has been fun, don't get me wrong. It's gunplay mechanics know no rival. But studios must start being held accountable for the fallacies and dishonorable profiteering that seems to be out of control in the game industry today.
