if you are for or against state why.
bungie has formally stated they will never and have no intentions of implimenting one, but maybe if enough of the forum pop agrees or disagrees they could in a perfect world listen.
I believe there should be. not for the players or to fix the shitty loot system, but for bungie to keep it's gamers. From a PR standpoint your loot system is flawed, and you have no intent on changing it, so let the players fix it by letting them trade. the game is at a point where there is little to no real world value on raid gear or loot if you are saying there's no trade for RWT prevention.
-
This is a fact they never will add it
-
Add a Diablo 3 or WoW style trading/ auction system
-
The people who say Yes are the people who don't have a Gjallarhorn.
-
I think that you should be able to trade with people your own level so you can't give OP weapons to low level players
-
Poll: should Bungie implement an auto-correct system for bad spelling?
-
I dont think it would break the game persay. They coild implement a trade system within your fireteam. Say i got a ghorn and i already have more then i care for and all im going to do is dismantle it. i could trade within my fireteam as long as you havent left the team. It would stop the trading would break the game bs talk. You would still have incentive to play the game.
-
Lusten here and listen good the trade system will neverbi repeat never come to destiny imagine how much fun destiny end game would be if you could skio from lvl 20 to 34 in the blink of an eye no fun no point trading because the ll system will never happen or more acuratley shoildnt happen if u love destiny then why do you want to kill it i have plenty of mates willing to give me exotics and legendarys if trading was applicaple so tell me you want trading or do you want it to not even exist. Change the whole game that its not even destiny its some other peice of shit like cod and you will be able to make tradibg work.
-
They do not have to allow player to player trading, but if I make a new character, I should be able to trade plating for wire and such. Should not have to farm for engrams just to level up my armor.
-
If you watch willis gaming he just posted a video saying that this will never happen because bungie told him reasons
-
They won't implement it because they keep a lot of players because of RNG. If a player just needs one more exotic, then they have incentive to keep playing. I guarantee you that most of the players that have all exotics don't play anymore. They have nothing left to accomplish
-
All the wrong people would have all the right things
-
It's a great thought. I'm overloaded with exotic heavy weapons, and bone dry on elemental primaries. I'd welcome the opportunity to rectify that.
-
If it were implimented there would have to be an extremely limited option based on wealth, say: you can't trade some green weapon for a gjallerhorn; you would have to use an exotic. But the problem with that is the fact that there are some exotics that are better than others, so in that case bungie would have to make a complex exotic rating system. Overall this would be an immense hassle to do and overall not really fun.
-
People will abuse it. For example, using real cash for a specific item etc. Stuff like this ruin the fun of the game.
-
Edited by KannibalKlown: 7/26/2015 8:29:05 PMAgainst for many reasons Bungee would likely have some minor bugs that would lead to dup'ing items. That will cause a headache People will get scammed somehow. No system is perfect. and they'll rage on the gaming news sites and forums. People will start selling for cash which brings with it all kinds of annoyances.
-
I would LOVE if they did but it would make the game unfun!!
-
If you think that they will do it ... You didn't understood their logic.
-
Because people will sell weapons for real currency
-
ruins the game someone has two gjallahorns then they give it away, ruins the fun in playing mission for stuff
-
Bungie has trademarked "Eververse" "Eververse trading co." And an image for this. Simple googling will provide you with the image
-
You could get an extra exotic such as the thorn or gahjllahorn (sorry if butchered). There's no fun in getting an exotic for 100 glimmer.
-
If xur won't sell Gally anymore then I will! Super cheap only 50000 glimmer!
-
No because people will exploit it.
-
I don't think that Trading should be implemented, but I think a good idea would be if they added Sparrow racing in the Taken King, and allowed gambling, where you could put guns, Glimmer, or even consumables into the pool.
-
Edited by ZionFury7: 7/22/2015 10:11:27 AMNo, because it would truly break the game. Trading would definitely break the game because there would not be anymore incentive to play the game. For example, why play crucible or spend time doing strikes or raids when you could trade somebody a Monte Carlo for a Hawkmoon? All interest and incentive to keep playing Destiny would evaporate and after a few months, it would just be another video game disc sitting in your shelf or used as a coaster on your coffee table.
-
No because then people would blow through to max level and collect everything even quicker than they already do
