Thanks for the videos! What are the differences between normal and hard? I've run it twice on normal and want to go into hard. What new stuff should I expect to see?

Oh, nothing much. You just can't revive dead team-mates and there are (generally speaking) a metric -blam!-ton more enemies in any given situation besides opening the door. Also, level 28 and below will be one shot, if not nearly one shot by hobhoblins if they decide to look at you in the wrong way.
