I got the hole argus set and it looks bad ass to bad I can never use it because it's only rare

I have the helm and chest. If I ever get the arms and legs I'm keeping them in the hopes that Bungie implements transmogrification or appearance changing where you keep the stats & ability of the equipped armor you have but can change the look to other pieces of gear.

I did the same. I have the whole set in my vault just in case, I just don't have the cloak.
