Anybody Else Stuck at lvl 29?

3 weeks.. I have 3 Titans, taking advantage of everything I can.. wasting my time upgrading shit that won't help me with the raid.. How about you? How do you plan to get over the hump?

A FILTHY NUT

First raid got gauntlets and boots. Dismantled them not knowing that they were needed to be lv 30. Second raid got the chest.
