Please just take a minute or less of your time to participate. What is more important to you in destiny? 50/50 there are no wrong answers here! Update 11/13/14 3:20EST: Over 8,000 community members have taken part in this poll and here are the results so far! PvE: 8428 PvP: 1174 Personally I am a big fan of PvP, but like many others I bought this game for the 'epic' storytelling and co op PvE it was advertised for. Knowing Bungie I expected a lot more from PvP in this game and currently it's just not a go to for competitive multiplayer, but I hope to see improvement in the future. I understand that many people on these forums are PvE players but there seems to be overwhelming demand for new PvE content and I hope to see a weekly update detailing the future of PvE sometime soon so we can all grind happily knowing it will pay off. To those of you who wanted to know where the 'both' option was I intended this to be a black and white question with no neutral answer, that's why the question stated what's most important. If you didn't vote that's okay 8,000 other people did. This was my first post on these forums and i am very satisfied with the response, as a community we all need to keep up the constructive feedback on our ends and help the devs create a masterpiece!

 • I go for both, i like the competitive multiplayer that has been around in shooters but also enjoy story filled campaigns. Destiny is lacking on both ends to be brutally honest but it doesnt stop me from playing completely. PVP has so many server issues and the weapons need a bit of tweaking to balance, different weapons for different uses (overrun with auto rifles, shotguns, fusion rifles and now scout rifles since they've been buffed). I get how people hate that the weapons get nerfed...i dont think that changing the weapon damage was the correct way to balance them since it effects PVE so much....this CAN be changed by changing the damage values on the weapons against alien combatants (as bungie stated they were going to do with the mythoclast) So it does seem like it is possible for bungie to keep the weapon values different for PVE and PVP. The story is lacking and honestly could be more, however everyone is talking about how there is nothing left to do after 8+ days worth of game play. In my own reality and maybe others, Xenosaga took 120 hours to beat (of course with some of the longest cinematics ever), most FF games only took 60 hours to beat without getting everything and going balls crazy, legend of dragoon was maybe a 60-70 hour game and so forth. Heck I've had 100+ hours of skyrim play...most of it was just murdering towns :) but still fun, nothing like being a mage with dragon armor and unlimited destruction magic. YES those games did have great/epic stories attached but its hard to say the actual content is lacking when more hours have been put into Destiny, just an opinion. As far as Destiny campaign..more or less of what it is, should have put out a solid 20-30 hours of gameplay and cinematic. They wanted to be different but in the end they are like every other FPS out there. On a side note...anyone else thing South Park should have gotten game of the year?? i thought it was awsome. END thoughts.
