Had an idea about making the exotics people want less up to rng but still hard to obtain. Every time you dismantle an exotic weapon or armor you receive a corresponding exotic token, there will be a vendor, whether it is xur or a similar npc that comes every so often or even a constant one, but this vendor will hold every exotic available in the game. You will need multiple tokens to buy the exotic you want say it is 5 tokens or 10 tokens which is still reasonably hard to get because you need to have dismantled that many armor or weapon exotics to that point. This also brings with it a solution to duplicate exotics, wanting to re-do exotic bounties and receiving what you want without leaving it entirely up to luck, which a lot of us know we don't have a lot of sometimes.
