Physically you can make out Lockout from Guardian, but gameplay, no.

For the millionth time, Guardian is [b]not[/b] a Lockout remake ... to quote Bungie's Brian Jarrard: [quote]Neither [Guardian or Valhalla] were actually intended to be true successors to earlier maps though we referred them as "spiritual" successors just in their general style of play.[/quote] IOW, stylistically and for some of the gameplay, it share ideas with Lockout, but it neither is nor plays just like Lockout (just ask any true veteran of Lockout).

Congrats my fellow guilders and admins of FH... really wish I was part of the lineup. And seriously? Barrel Blaster... lol wouldn't have seen that on an Official Humpday... didn't think it was competitive enough. And of course TDF would choose 7th Avenue... he owns on that map... lol. And Nitrous just has a way with chill out... I don't get it... Congrats FH!!! Sorry I haven't been around much... but I'm off to go make me some more maps for the fans. AZN OUT!!!

Hmm... frankly that writeup seems to be the most passionless Humpday recap ever. And the top story pic is just... the standard foundry map pic? I hope that's a result of busy-ness over on Bungie's side and not a result of them being bored with the FH maps they played. A FH playlist would be awesome, though...

Honestly, that humpday was a little lopsided. Ill be willing to bet anything that ForegeHub practiced those three maps constantly and had a plan for them, yet Bungie really hadn't even stepped foot on the maps. The only reason Bungie won Chill Out, was because it was familiar due to it being a remake. ForgeHub cheats!!! JK =) BTW The CTF map was a pretty good idea, I might make one like it. If you watched the live feed we loaded up all the maps with all of us on the same team so Bungie could preview them. They were all basic enough maps to pick up in a few minutes (besides 7th Avenue maybe). I am glad everyone had fun. Good game Bungie! Look for a recap at Forge Hub sometime today.
