I like it because it's fast rof and super fast reload without upgrades. Doesn't do as much damage per shot as ice breaker though. Would say it's more of a pvp sniper.

But rof isn't really good if you're going for headshots, right?

fast rof is always a good thing on a sniper. Youll be aiming at heads, true. But youre not gonna make every shot. And in emergency situations where aiming for the head is difficult, you can shoot him twice before he gets cover. Plus when you see people jumping all over the place, aiming for the head aint practical. Just do a quick two.

For pvp yes Incase you miss or go or body shots. In pve it has really low recoil fast rof and with upgrades the fastest reload in the game. Only use it over ice breaker if you want another exotic though.
