The only thing is..... I'm not sure if they made this clear or not, but what if those "exclusive" level 30 pieces are only for those that already have level 30 gear? And not for those who haven't reached level 30 already, or people that don't have raid gear.....that's how I interpreted the weekly update at least, but hopefully they can clear that up.

My interpretation is thank Iron Banner's rank 3, 4, or 5 will contain the previous 2 armor pieces but will now be able to get 30 off them for anyone who can get the correct rank to buy it.
