But still, no one knows if there is a gorgon killer chest or boss loot. For example, Crash Bandicoot 2, in order to get the silver gem, you play the level while getting all the boxes in the level, but that level also has a blue gem that can only be gained by destroying 0 boxes in the level, so you go through and do it again to get the second gem. Plus I am confused about something. You said that the chest does spawn. Is that verified? By your strategy, if I'm hearing right, means this: don't be seen, get another chest. We are of course not referring to the 2 already there, one hidden in the rocks, one hidden between the Gorgons. You're positing that there is a 3rd chest that you can only gain from not being seen, right? Is that 3rd chest verified? If it is, you're also saying, you can kill a Gorgon, then wipe, then restart, not be seen, and get this 3rd chest. So you don't need to kill the Gorgon. So you're saying as long as you get through the Gorgon's Labyrinth without being seen, a 3rd chest will be spawn. But that isn't a challenge because everyone who has gotten to Atheon hasn't been seen on at least one Labyrinth run. What I could see is getting entirely through the maze without EVER being spotted, which would be mutually exclusive to killing Gorgons (unless there is another way to do so). But if you consider two different options: one the one hand, you can get a chest for being super stealthy or you can get one for killing a group of specific enemies. The latter would seem to award possible boss loot. The former would seem to award shards/energy. I have also noticed that Destiny is not keen on mutual exclusivity, for example, completing the raid on hard means you get twice as much loot, but none if you rerun normal. Is it possible that the chest for not being seen is also awarded to those who kill all of the Gorgons?
