Sounds like a great weapon and a great name, but NOT a great name for this weapon...
Tick Tock should be more along the lines of a damage-over-time type weapon or something along those lines, whereas a weapon like this should have a mole-whacker type name...

I like the name being relative to the extremely small clip size. Or maybe just name the perks something along those lines. For a DOT effect I would like something along the lines of "Ignition" or "Final Countdown".

Final Countdown sounds pretty nice! All be it I would be depressed if it didnt ring out bits from 'The Final Countdown' for every precision kill.
