We'll look into it. Phone details and screenshots are helpful.

how do I post a screenshot

You can look up how to snap a screenshot for your device. Probably by holding volume down and power at the same time. Then just upload to imgur and link.

I have the same phone and it works for me. In the destiny app go under settings (on the leftside window pane), click user data and hit view guardian in 3d. You can enable and disable. I have mine disabled to save data and that's what it looks like (your pic).

just enabled both 3d options and also on wifi and still the same pic :0 (.

Theldorn, please respond to my post from yesterday:
For anyone who is experiencing this issue on their Galaxy S3, what is the model number of your device? You can find this information under Settings -> About device.
I believe we have determined the problem, but we need your information (and preferably from others as well) to verify.

Edited by Inirit: 10/30/2014 6:09:36 PMThank you, that is the information I was looking for. Unfortunately, it appears that this specific model of the Galaxy S3 suffers from the same issues as the Galaxy Note 2, the extension we require for 3D rendering is not supported by the device. The 2D black silhouette is the expected fallback in this scenario. Some additional info: The source of conflicting reports about 3D characters on the Galaxy S3 comes from how many model variants there are, as shown on the wikipedia page. Some of these models support the extension, some of them don't, and to a typical user this is not immediately clear.
