Cuz if it gets nerfed again for PVE then what's the point?

Edited by Loque: 12/7/2014 5:31:04 PMI don't know if people are this daft and whether or not sound observation went out the door but I wonder if the cry would be any different if all of a sudden people started using GALAHAD with focus fire, or Vanquisher with focus fire, or Shadow price with focus fire. If you look closely at the stats of these archetypes the only real difference, not marginal is the focus fire. The stability in each rifle is supreme but marginally different. The Vanquisher even more so is right on par with Suros stability it just has less range. The Vanquisher is essentially a Suros without the exotic perk and slightly decreased range and no hammer rounds. The the weapon is not overpowered people are just so inaccurate with their own, the big three however are right up there in performance with the Suros, except they don't often have focus fire or the exotic perk that the suros has which again is marginal difference, every now and then the health regeneration chance does save you in the right situations but it is seldom that it all comes into play at the right time. If I was lucky enough to get a Vanquisher with focus fire it would be nearly identical with the Suros, especially now since they nerfed the Suros half glass full to be identical with lengendary auto rifles. If you don't believe any of this and simply want to bury your head in the sand that is ok- just simply compare the stats of each rifle with the Suros, Suros only has slightly increased range in comparison of the latter(forgot to mention it only does one more hitpoint in damage just one.) It's an exotic why not, it's only a marginal difference. Marginal meaning that the impact it would have in performance to the user is slight, just slight. But other than that if any of you were to get that auto rifle archetype with focus fire it would perform just like a suros. Vanquisher>Shadow Price> Galahad> with focus fire approximately ='s (very close too) Suros If not that it would just be a Suros without focus fire. Please make observations people.

Are they re-buffing all guns for PvE? Don't think it's fair they limit guns just because of PvP, and they are or already have re-buffed the vex for PvE so why not the other ones they nerfed?

Maybe it means the other exotics are getting buffed.

It's not getting ridiculous, it still has no recoil and it's damage only got reduced by 2%

Posts about it STILL being too OP... -blam!-s sake people, get better at PVP or don't play. It's that simple. I'll admit the Mythoclast was pretty OP in PVP, but I still feel it was justified by being a hard mode Atheon reward only (though, all the cheesing kinda screwed that up). So, yeah, I'd love to collect all your tears but Bungie keeps wiping them away with more of their bullshite.

3 RepliesEvery gun is getting nerfed that is considered too strong in pvp. Then people complain that the gun is useless. Example the vex and the pocket infinity. Why aren't people concerned about all the actual problems in the game?

I only made one vow in Destiny. I will never use Suros. BECAUSE EVERY -blam!-ING ONE DOES! I dont care if it gets nerfed.

I bought Suros... and I have to agree with another nerf 100%... maybe not to all auto rifles, but definitely suros. #1 - Everyone is using it... that should tell you something. #2 - It is insanely overpowered, only way I would die in a 1v1 fight is from a fusion rifle, super, or heavy... #3 - PvE... Suros is still overpowered!... mows down about anything. The only primary guns that come close to Suros are Cryptic Dragon, Hawkmoon, and Red Death, and I would consider them balanced and fair.

I personnaly think that everyone that bitches about either doesn't have it or is just mad because its so easy to get now. Also isn't anyone getting sick of hearing about the next thing to be nerfed, if bungie needs everything that people complain about we might as well revert back to rare weopns because what's the point. Besides I do equally well with my suros as I do with shadow price both fylly upgraded

I die by a fair variety of weapons since the auto rifle nerf hotfix. Suros is only good if the player themselves are skilled.

My fully upgraded custom Shadow Price does better in PvP than my Suros. Just saying it isn't all that great. Though to be fair I'm still not done leveling up my Suros. I have the final 3 damage upgrades still I need to unlock.

2 RepliesI really don't think SUROS is all that in pvp, sure its accurate, but i actually rock my Cyndonia AR-3 in pvp way better and it's a green auto rifle. not sure what all the fuss is about, and if you have a descent scout rifle you will always win against somebody rocking the SUROS.
