Honestly tho...I leveled 2 alts (one Hunter) to 27 last week and have raided and done Nightfalls with both of them twice...annnnd it really doesn't matter. Supers and perks are nice and can help, but it really always comes down to gunplay. I haven't had any issues in end game content with my under leveled hunter.

Actually Warlocks Melee gives me an awesome shield, Whereas my hunter gets melted within seconds. Also the Grenades are SO Bad on the hunter, apart from the Sticky ones, the Bolt casting ones have a target limit of 3.....lol Aoe grenade with a target limit.

I agree hunters aren't [i]as[/i] useful, but you can still get through all the same content with not much of a change.
