Yes. I was thinking almost the same thing. Include raid currency earned through boss fights or chests and have a vendor unlock after beating hardmode that sells the gear and weapons. This way they could keep the rng while also allowing the unlucky raiders to grind the raid and eventually work towards their rewards. That or decrease the drop rate for rewards you already were given. Hopefully when Bungie finally adds more content they won't feel the need to keep such a pathetic loot system.

This. Fix duplicates. To me it seems there are more chances to get certain armors then others. Like the Loot table looks like this 10 helms, 10 chest, 10 gauntlets, 1 boots. So you get duplicates over and over but that one piece is near impossible to get. Yet some people get the whole set in one run. I can't be that unlucky.
