The game seems to want me to use Suros regime for some reason. As doing the nightfall this week, I've obtained my [u][i]third[/i][/u] one. All three of them where obtained Randomly (Crucible, Raid, Nightfall, that order) So instead of just dismantling this one like I did the second one I got, I just Decided to leave this one un-upgraded for full fire rate.
