You could have waited for reviews to come in before cashing in your pre order. Then you could have cancelled and gotten your money back if you felt that way.

  • I could have. Personally I have been a huge bungie fan since Marathon though and I believed every word about how great Destiny was going to be. But just because I believed their lie does not forgive them from speaking the lie in the first place. Truth in advertising ring a bell? Perhaps what is more important is that we hold them accountable for what they said. Sure we could take the hit and shut up, and then we could wacth this same thing happen over in the future as games get crappier and crappier. Why should game makers make great games if we buy whatever shit they throw at us and then don't make a fuss when we find out the end product is nothing like what they said it would be. Bungie and Activision MUST be held accountable for this. They had a small window of time where honesty might have won them our forgiveness but that time is almost gone if it is not gone already. They would have had to be honest about why this game went so wrong and then told us how they would fix it. They have done neither. What we get is DJ Spin Control. Oh sorry I meant DeeJ Spin Control.

  • And you don't address what the OP says. Which is that if you hate this game so much, STOP PLAYING IT.

  • Look, there is definitely value in specific feedback. But you can't honestly think that that is what most of those posts are? Any company would be happy to get good quality negative, but specific, feedback. That's not what the majority are though. And when they are, I applaud them.
