Nice, I have beaten the hard raid 10 times including today and have yet to get the Vex. Normal I have beat over 20 times. I think by now I should have gotten it. But RNGenie says nope!

I feel you... I did it 10+ times, got nothing. Friend does it once, gets the vex. The loot system is so broken. :/
