Hi i think i know whats happened to my account at the moment its saying 4 years active BUT following the links you can see activity that is 7-8 years old ? the two accounts seem to seperate when i changed Microsoft account email 4 years ago severing my earlier activities from my account and spawned a new account with the old email address as well as orphaning my older activity so i have original account that died when i changed my email (started in 2007 i think) i have the new spawned account which weirdly created itself when my MS account changed to a new email i have the newest account when i came back to the website with my new email address on my old MS account i've sacrificed the newest account im using the new account is there any way to get my tenure from the orphaned account to associate with my new account (the one im using here) this i uploaded in 2007 http://halo.bungie.net/Online/Halo3UserContentDetails.aspx?h3fileid=9180044&fset=145350 in the comments section it shows the old and the new account (old account deleted ?) my new account commenting on something my old account created but the file they are commenting on are both linked to my MS account

sorry for pestering you but, are you able to help me access the old account, there is no way to log into it because it has no linked accounts and Bungie relies on either XBL, PSN, Facebook, or Google, and that account has none of those attached to if because its so old

Edited by BNGHelp0: 10/22/2014 12:32:17 AMSo I talked to the team about this and it appears that the account that you cannot log in to has a Windows Live ID attached to it. If you can find that login information you should be able to log in to the account.

sweet thanks for the attention, im not sure how or why the bungie.net account was tied to my email address and not my microsoft account just wondering but is there anything i will miss out on now that my Beta status for both PS4 and XB1 are tied to the redundant account above ? also anyway of having my profile reflect the tenure due as this link shows me actively using Bungie.net in 2007 http://halo.bungie.net/Online/Halo3UserContentDetails.aspx?h3fileid=9180044 please please please please Thanks heaps :)

Edited by come find me: 10/22/2014 12:31:52 AMYeah I just found what happened My gamer tag originally had an email address of "X" but I since change it to "Y" strangely the bungie.net account held onto the original email address when I came back and logged in with the same gamer tag account albeit with new email details ? Trying to sort through it now I'm really sorry but in my frustration ive created 5-6 accounts trying to work my way through this edit: dont spose theres anyway to forward my followers and Beta codes ;)

Any idea on how the two split off ? I can't even access the other one as all PSN and XBL logins point to this one.. If I could get access to it I would be happy to unlink all my accounts and go straight to my old account
