And when did they ever have an obligation to answer anyone's question? There's millions of people who could be saying things and they don't have the time to answer every single person. Them answering is irrelevant and expecting it is inane. It would be nice but they're not obligated and it's unreasonable to think they'll just answer everything, or anything specific. They are actually open and communicate about upcoming changes and the state of the game much better than most other developers as it is.
