Hey Newerm. I'm not a Bungie Employee, but you might want to elaborate a little more (and probably without capslock) if you want to receive help. Why exactly can't you buy legendary weapons or armor? What's your Vanguard and Crucible reputation level?

Ok My Vanguard Reputation is 2183 / 2500 Rank 3 & my Crucible is 615 / 2000 Rank 1 by the way when i go to the vendors and i try to exchgane materials for legendary armor for example 50 spirit blooms nothing happend i cant buy any item, i know i need more crucible rep, but why i cant get more vanguard marks? right now i have only one vanguard bounty to finish, this is my inventory, thanks. http://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/1/4611686018434961439/2305843009219426522#inventory

Hmmm... if you're Vanguard Rank 3 you should be able to purchase Legendary Armor and Weapons from both the Vanguard merchants if you have the marks necessary to buy them... and you can't even exchange Spirit Bloom or other resources for Marks (which by the way is a terrible waste of Resources, don't do that)? That seems somewhat wack. Unfortunately I can't view your inventory (other people can only see the front page of your legend and the gear you have equipped), but that certainly sounds odd. Hopefully someone from Bungie can investigate into your problem, let me know if it clears up.

The lack of ability to spend marks I can't answer. But the lack of ability to trade resources for marks is due to the cap. The 5 marks would put you over the 200 mark cap, so it doesn't let you trade them at all. Much like the cryptarch won't let you turn in glimmer items if it would put you over 25k glimmer.

Spend some :/ Which is what you are saying you can't do. A very odd problem if you have at least rank 2 with the vanguard. If I were in your place, I would delete and reinstall destiny.

Thanks again, finaly after delete an download my profile i can buy better legendary armor but only witth Xur, despite i have 2498 / 2500 Rank 3 Vanguard Marks, i only have 112 wich is ilogical? because icant buy better weapons, im playing like 4 hours at day strikes, patrols, bounties, and the other is crucible rank 738 / 2000 playin another 4 hours and im still rank 1? well lets see whats next. :^)

Your reputation isn't increasing because you're wearing the Cloak of the Exodus, which makes you a champion of Dead Orbit. As a champion, your reputation for Vanguard and the Crucible are redirected towards Dead Orbit. If you would like to gain reputation for the Vanguard / Crucible again, swap out your cloak for a different one that doesn't belong to Dead Orbit, New Monarchy, or Future War Cult.

Ok, so with the dead orbit cloack i only can spend with crucuible marks, then i have to swap clock to spend my vanguard marks, rigth? thanks

NEWERM, You are wearing a dead orbit hunter cloak. All vanguard/crucible reputation gains are going to dead orbit, per the description on the cloak. If you wish to rank up vanguard, you will have to equip a non faction cloak.

Go to the vendors. ie. your vanguard mentor, or the crucible/ vanguard quartermaster
