this is an MMO, people forget that this stuff needs to be constantly balanced, and even changed up to tweak all aspects of gameplay.
most people do the raid when they get the chance, but it is a hella lot easier when they hit 28 (the threshold before taking on hard mode)

No it doesn't, it has some aspects of an mmo but all in all isn't one, MMO stands of massive(ly) multiplier online, "massive wouldn't be describes as 6 people in pve at once and 12 people in pvp at once. If this is an mmo, you might as well start calling cod an mmo.
