Just did the low level phogoth strike on my second character, I was a level 19 going into the strike. One guy kept hanging back and wouldn't follow the fight, he wasn't AFK, he was just hanging back away from being hit by enemies. Since there is no voice chat I pointed off in direction in the name of the other guy, danced and then rocket launcher to the ground while next to him. He revived me. I did it again. He revived me. That was in the decoding room with 3 waves. We both end up finishing that room and oh look there is the straggler working on catching up to us. We get to Phogoth. Third guy just stays in the door while the 2 of us run killing stuff. He's shooting rocket launcher at Phogoth while he's chained FFS I intentionally rocket myself in front of him. He revives me. I run around the room a little and then I played let's see if he can avoid wizards and shriekers. I sat in the room he was in to intentionally spawn in the shrieker and wizards, he just back pedals further. I slowly get the wizards to follow me toward him, I die. We repeat this process two more times and I realize it won't get him killed because he'll retreat further back than the wizards will go. In short, he killed like 5 enemies...never attacked Phogoth while he was unchained....and got to complete his no die strike bounty I'm assuming. Oddly enough even in my screwing around I was only 20 kills off the other guy and got the kill shot in on Phogoth. It's ridiculous people can play like that and be rewarded. Yes, I did report him.
