The whole point of getting to level 30 is to be able to raid. if you dont want to raid then why do you want to reach 30?

They made a very bad decision by putting the best weapons and armour behind a raid that relies on other people. I don't have 5 friends with the game, and neither want to go on a 3rd party forum to beg people to play....... ROFL what a weird mistake. If the expansion packs mean the level will be increased to 40, but a new raid prevents people from getting there and are stuck on 39, then I might as well save myself a few quid and look elsewhere.

im talking about the upcoming hive raid which will be much harder than this one.

You still get damage reduction from lower level enemies. I'm level 29, I put on a white chest that bumped me down to 26 and went to earth patrol, you can absolutely tell the difference.
