i just found a vid on youtube of someone doing what i described but he also managed to make the first chest spawn soooo i guess free harmode chest for me even tho im not 30. here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U39eGtDjIFE

I got the chest to spawn for me on solo but when I opened it, it was empty. WTF

Did you do it on normal already? I thought the only additional drops from hard mode were after Templar, gatekeepers and atheon

so the first chest is shared for normal and hard mode? meh :/
