Don't be ridiculous. We should have 1000 new story missions, 100 new Strikes and 40 new raids, because we all know development is pretty much instantaneous.

THIS kind of developmend was ... Seriously in skyrim noone would have cried if they would have implemented some missions and stories later , probably would not have noriced it, because there were enough sidemissions from the start to keep You busy for three months as a casual gamer.. Here the "sidemissions " ( if You can Call them so are just repetitive crap not worth a play apart from the vanguard mArks in the bounties ...

I love Skyrim, but let's get one thing straight; Skyrim is a story driven game; without the story the game would be nothing. Destiny can lean on many more gaming aspects than it's simple and repetitive quests. It looks to me as though Bungie spent most of their time and effort on getting the core mechanics and PvP in order. Either way, development takes time. If they could give us more in a short time frame, they would.

The would not give it to us, because they made a deal with Activision, about x amount of games + dlc over the course of 10 years. They cannot give out new content /dlc pack without the agreement of Activision. Activision is counting on the steady income from the dlc packs they agreed on.

Tell me then why they can't steadily keep giving out more content then? Surely it would have been better for both Bungie and Activision to give us more.

Yeah I mean, not give out, as in they will not give out free content. So maybe they put more dlc pack out there.
