So I found out that I'm adopted.
I'm not sure if I should tell my parents, since I'm sure it would be a huge shock to them. What should I do?

How did you find out - hopefully not after marrying your birth sister and producing a mutant offspring? Only question is by "[i]my parents[/i]" do you mean; - the parents who adopted you, - your birth parents, - or both
