How has nobody mentioned Nirn, which is the mortal realm of the finite and the partial? The Nine are as follows: Akatosh, Arkay, Dibella, Julianos, Kynareth, Mara, Stendarr, Talos/Tiber Septim and Zenithar. That's it.

There is room for debate. Many believe that Talos / Tiber Septim is not of the ill, and as such, many refer to the pairing as "The Eight and One." In the Third Age, however, one worshipped The Nine. After the White-Gold Concordat at the end of the Great War in the Fourth Age, worship returned to The Eight; Talos worship was banned in the Empire, and this greatly upset people in the North (Skyrim). This chain of events directly caused the Stormcloak Rebellion 20 years later.
