Special ammo needs to be more rare.
I don't give a flying Hermes about needing shotguns, just reduce special ammo to the point where people have to use their primaries from time to time.

Probably, since I've been saying this since the alpha. Haha I even took a user research survey after the alpha and said there was too much special ammo.
