I could tell you the worst line in destiny. I could tell you how there was entirely different story than the one we have. I could but your gunna have to purchase the season pass.

There are tons of lame lines trough the first bit if story and mr dinkle isnt very inspiering either but that doest bother me to much honestly.

I think bashing the "I don't have time..." line is getting a bit old. After all, she does immediately follow it with "I will. I *will*." so I think it's safe to say we'll get our answer on that one.

The point is that the Stranger came from another time (or dimension), where the Vex won. Stranger is hiding and somehow throwing herself to the past (or another dimension) to find the way to defeat the Vex with other's hands. And because she's hiding and obviously cannot stay with our guardian forever, she does not have time. However, she had time to pronounce that whole phrase instead of going straight to the point. That is the theory supported by some people on forums and it really makes some sense, but I personally think that the Stranger is some sort of Traveler’s creation or the Traveler itself, coz at the end of the story, when she gives the rifle, she steps towards the Traveler and disappears. but that makes less sense and does not explain why she does not have time to explain why she does not have time to explain.

There are many terrible lines in this game. Too many damn people don't want to/have no time to explain anything.

I didn't vote because both aren't too bad. I'm upset they didn't go more into what the speaker couldn't say, because if you remember it ends with something like that scare our children enough and he gets choked up seemingly very connected to a horrible past probably through the traveler. And for what the stranger said, it's been speculated that the vex aren't actually time traveling robots but dimensional traveling and she used their tech to come to our world from hers, which was completely taken over by the vex, so that it wouldn't continue to happen. Yes all this and more should be in the primary game, but if it's on the dlcs I'll be ok with it...mostly
