synthesis cool-down is highly un-necessary
At the moment one of the hardest things about the 'hard' raid is the sheer lack of ammo, and the slightly awkward way of using it mid battle, case being going into your inventory to use it upon which you are defenceless , get killed and not only do you get nada from it , but you gotta wait 5 mins
