If you complete the raid on normal once you get something . If you are trying complete the raid on normal again you don't get anything unless you do it on hard

When you open the chest on hard you might get lucky and get something but half the time you don't get anything however if you didn't do the raid on normal an do the raid on hard and open the chest you get double the chance of getting something better .
