Who thinks the DLC should be free?
NOTE: NO HATE COMMENTS PLEASE
Who thinks the dlc should be free besides having to pay 30 bucks to see the rest of the story. Plus in the dark below only 2 STORY missions will be in it. Why should we have to pay for the story of the game? The story should already be there on release. And to the people that already payed the season pass I'm pretty sure Bungie can think of some kind of refund maybe who knows but post in the comments what you think. Or if you even want to do a petition just put SIGNED I guess.

For all you idiots saying it should be free because there really isn't much content in the new dlc, then don't buy it. If you quit buying this crap, they will quit selling it as dlc and make a full game. That way we will get a full Destiny game. Then maybe 1 or 2 expansions until Destiny 2. So quit whining. You people that buy these no content dlc packages keep fueling these companies to sell it. So you caused it and now you're going to whine about it? Classic!

No. Micro-transactions and $dlc is whT everyone does. They wouldn't make any money if they did it for free. Not to mention a -blam!- ton of time effort and money go into making games including dlc. I payed 60 bucks for destiny and off of the base game itself, have gotten at least if not more than your average amount of hours/replay value as any other game. Thus, 20 bucks for an exp is chump change.

By the time u reach the point of hating it u have just been entertained for cents on the hour. There are of course other form of cheap entertainment, but can come with less than desirable side effects and or consequences. Any hobby or pastime can be abused and become dangerous of course. But video games is where many people spend time when the have spare time to spend. And besides the occasional controller replacement cost, never me of course, it's to say the least very reasonable. I think the cost of expansions is perfectly acceptable.

Edited by myvrtulawesome: 12/3/2014 2:37:26 AMI think given the fact that it wasn't reviewed so well and its missing a lot of story elements and gotten lame scores, had they done it, it would have really appeased a lot of souls and I believe it would have brought in new peeps who would then have actually purchased a 60 dollar game. I was actually thinking about this even before this post. Just my opinion. So yea I do think it should have been free.

Make it free and then deal with the nightmare that would be having to refund millions of dollars for what seems to be the vast majority of destiny players that already paid hard earned money for it. I don't really see that happening, so start saving your allowence.

4 RepliesFree? No. A lot of people put a lot of hard work and passion into the game. they need it to sell so they keep their jobs. Could be a bit cheaper though. $34.99 in the U.S, £34.99 in the UK, which comes to about $55. Since I am an Xbox user, I would be paying over 50% more than a U.S PlayStation player for about 15% less content. Not cool.

I think leave dark below and house of wolves how they are, especially as people have bought season passes. After house of wolves the next dlc for UK should be free. We are paying a disgraceful amount for expansion 1 & 2.

To be honest, as much as i hate call of duty, for 50 bucks you get at least 4 dlcs. Bungie is giving us 2 for 35$ if you buy the season pass. Now the question is: if they decide to make more extentions would that be an aditional 35 for 2 or 20 for each one?
