Bungie doesn't handle refunds, they have no record of your transaction. If you wish to return your game, you have to work out that between you and your retailer's policies.

I want my money back too, and I hold Bungie DIRECTLY responsible for releasing Destiny in it's current form. Gamestop, Target, Wal-Mart, whoever had no input on the gameplay (or lack or it) and I feel that Bungie's practice of providing NO WAY to contact them via email or phone is telling in that they could care less about the customers or the customer's concerns. If Bungie wants to piss on the people who might potentially purchase their products in the future, that's fine. While I am sure that there are some die-hard fans who will purchase more Bungie products, I am also positive that there are more people who will avoid any new Bungie software, remembering how they were treated during this purchase.

My receipt says otherwise, but most retailers policy is exchange for same game only. It isn't a problem with the disc, it is a problem with the game itself. Which most retailers could care less about.

Still the retailer. You wouldn't get a refund on a toy or something because you just didn't like it.
-
You would get a refund if it came out of the box broken
-
And then it would be a problem between you and the retailer.

It's still the retailer.
