It's unlikely that the problem is with bungie. Have you tried resetting your licenses with PSN?

The problem IS with bungie, or Activision. Do you think it's everyone else's issue? There ISP? Mine worked flawless for an entire month... And then boom. I can't play 5 minutes without being booted.

As the others say you won't get a refund from a retailer unless the disc is unusable.....I had lots of errors too until I read all there info on port forwarding, DMZ and so on....I followed there guide and it has worked flawlessly the last 3 days....6 hours a day without a single disconnect.....I also put my router into QOS mode with destiny having the highest priority rule....try some of these things....:)

My brother is on the same connection as me. He hasn't had one error. I can't even play.

So does he live closer to the exchange than you .....there is a lot of factors that come into it....are you setup wired or wireless....are there any other devices using your network the list goes on....try my answer above
