The Monte Carlo the gun the world forgot
So I was blessed with the Monte Carlo from a legendary engram as soon as I turned lvl 20 about 3 weeks ago and since then have used this gun almost exclusively. It's my favorite gun and IMO the sexiest looking exotic out there. With that being said as I have gotten more exotics over the past couple weeks I have noticed there is really nothing "exotic" about it. It's perks are nothing special faster melee recharge with kills and increased hip fire accuracy? I now have invective that is a fully auto shotgun and icebreaker that regenerates ammo these seem much more fitting of the "exotic" tag than melee recharge... I'm not trying to be one of these people that cry for everything to be buffed or nerfed but as bungie has said they plan to buff Bad Juju and Thorn maybe you could add Monte Carlo to that list as since the latest patch auto rifles are less effective as a whole it just doesn't feel overpowered which is what bungie said exotics should feel like. If I'm wrong let me know your thoughts.

In order for the namesake bonus to work almost every bullet from almost two clips needs to hit to even regenerate a melee with 100 percent strength. One if using field scout(56). From day one it has been a good legendary not an exotic. Suggestion for a fix: have it replace the melee and make it so it does more melee damage on special melee. I think double damage would be good. Meleeing off super should use normal melee. Although I think that would fit the guns design better, as a bonus it would still be nearly worthless in all high end content, so balls in your court bungie. It needs a fix as much as thorn or bad juju.
