After the effect wears off, the player must make another kill to reset the ability. -damage upgrade -damage upgrade X3 (requires shards) I like the up close and personal stealth, not hiding in one comfy spot way off... thought an exotic weapon should offer the play style. Thought about the last ability giving immunity to motion tracker, but that might make it too useful in pvp. Edit: pretty sure this one should never be given out by xur and should be a random drop in nightfall or some future raid.
