Isn't this an FPSRPG not an MMORPG?
It's both, or did you miss that from the fact there's a hub called the tower, the missions all have various people running about in them, players can communicate with each other without actually having to add them to a friend list, or the fact that you match make with random players to take on strikes.

 • It's an FPSRPG with few pseudo MMO elements. Let's face it, it's got more in common with Borderlands than World of Warcraft or Defiance. Did you forget that MMO = Massively Multiplayer Online? You see like 16 people in the tower, on patrol you'll see at most 6 people at a given time, and in strikes you'll see 1 to 6 people at any given time. That's not MMO, that's FPS with multiplayer features. If you call this an MMO then you probably also think Garry's Mod, Team Fortress 1 and 2, Half-Life 1 and 2 deathmatch, Super Smash Bros, Magicka, Command & Conquer, and the plethora of Call of Duty games are MMO games since there's more than just you.
